Mission & Vision
At Graceful Touch Transitional Services, we embrace a holistic bio-psycho-social model to combat homelessness in Anchorage, Alaska. Our mission is to restore hope and dignity to individuals experiencing homelessness by addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Through our comprehensive programs, we improve the surrounding environment and provide the support necessary for individuals to regain control of their lives and develop personally and psychologically. By fostering a positive and uplifting community, we empower our participants to reintegrate into society successfully and thrive at a high level in the world.
Our Approach
Through our outreach and engagement services, we actively seek out individuals who are eligible for our programs, building trusting relationships and providing vital support services. Our intensive case management offers a full spectrum of community support and referrals, ensuring that each individual receives personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs
Our Philosophy
We believe that when an individual can function at a 70% level in the areas of biological, psychological, and social well-being, they are well-equipped to become productive members of society. Therefore, our goal is to empower our clients to reach this level of functioning through our holistic approach to support.
